Forest Preserve District of DuPage County
Description: When there are at least three inches of snow on the hill, winter thrill-seekers can get their kicks tubing at Mt. Hoy located at Blackwell Forest Preserve in Warrenville. When conditions are favorable, tubing is open from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on weekends and school holidays (Winter Break, Martin Luther King Day and President’s Day). Tubing will be closed on Christmas Day. Only Forest Preserve District inner tubes are permitted. Tubes may be rented for $3 per tube.
